So basically your two repeats are backwards for it to work forever.

Just drag repeat over and set it till hands full of the pick up dung, than another repeat till hands empty into storage.

*BUG*
Interrupting or a robot stopping mid way through a chopping job, bugs the tree out so it can't be chop down fully.

You talking the deep water?  
Because you can't place buildings in the deep water and you can walk through the shallow water without needing anything.

How do you get rid of stone?
My miner keeps stopping as my stone storage keeps getting full and I have no idea what to use all the stone on, or how to get rid of all of it.
